Do you have items on sale?

What company name will appear on my credit card statement?

You will see your purchase show up as “OGSHAVE” or “ORIGINALSHAVECO” on your credit card statement.

I would like to place my order over the phone. May I do that?

Yes of course!  Please send us a message with your contact number & information if you would prefer us to contact you at a certain time.  You could also call us Toll Free at (800)769-4935 Monday through Saturday 8AM – 8PM PST.

How do I track my order?

Easy!  Just check this link here and you can locate your shipment if it has already been sent.  Alternatively, you can also contact us if you cannot locate your order information or shipment details.

Do you sell my information to others?

Absolutely not.  OriginalShaveCompany.com will never sell, trade or give your information to anyone.  Your information is kept 100% secure and will be used to contact you about your purchase with us only if needed.  From time to time,  we also let you know about upcoming deals and new products via email.  Don’t worry, you could opt out anytime.

When is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, weekends not included.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, we take security very seriously.  Our merchant processor is of course PCI compliant and all transactions on our website go through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).  You can pay with just about any credit card or choose to pay with PayPal.

Which payment options do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, America Express, Discover, Mastercard and PayPal.

You don’t carry the item I want. Can you get it for me?

We try to carry some of the best selling products that are created to provide a high quality shaving experience.  If we happen to not carry what you are looking for, just contact us and we will try to stock what you are looking for.

Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes, OriginalShaveCompany.com does ship around the world but mainly ships products within North America.  Please contact us if you are outside of North America and would like to order some of our products.  One of our customer support representatives will help you place your order.

What is your return policy?

We offer a full 30-day return policy on most of our products. Credit will be granted as store credit only.  Before returning anything back to Original Shave Company, please contact us so we can instruct you exactly how/where to send back your items. Please keep in mind that the return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility unless you received a defective item. Where are your razors made?

We carry razors from all over the world, which includes but is not limited to England, Germany, Russia, USA, India, China and more. Have a question on a specific razor? Just contact us and we will respond quickly.
